Our Mission

Loving and Serving You and Yours

Our mission is to love and serve our neighbors. Our neighbors include our residents, their loved ones, our fellow team members, the neighborhoods where we operate, and the greater world around us to the extent we have the privilege to serve. Driven from the heart, we see each new face and each new day as a new opportunity to love and serve.

How We Work Together

Humble

We are modest, always learning, introspective, respectful, not concerned with self-recognition or rewards. “Humble isn’t thinking less of yourself, but rather thinking of yourself less.”

Hungry

We are passionate, inspired, driven, determined, energetic, motivated, eager, always looking for a better way. “Surround yourself with people who are as hungry as you are.”

Smart

We are emotionally intelligent. We have clarity in our emotions. We self-regulate before engaging. We are empathetic and use our communication and social skills to strengthen relationships.

Operating Principles

Focus

We know that with focus anything is possible. Focus begins with saying “no” to those things that are not in alignment with our mission, vision, or operating principles.

Love

Love is our foundation and the cornerstone for everything that we do.

Elevate

We always aim for something higher. Innovation and constant improvement are key in carrying out our mission and vision.

Serve

We are committed to taking advantage of every service opportunity on our path. This service extends beyond our residents and communities and includes being good stewards of the environment and the world around us.

Strive

We work hard. We take great pleasure in what we do, so it rarely feels like “work”. We know that this isn’t just a job or a career for us; it is our calling.

Strengthen

We are committed to strengthening those around us, as well as strengthening ourselves in all respects. This includes: body, mind, spirit, socially, emotionally, vocationally, and artistically.

“Absolutely heaven! Thank you so much, Colonial Oaks for all your excellent loving care for my mother. She is doing so well and I am thankful I found this wonderful place for her.”
