Revere Court of Rockwall is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and within a mile of I-30. There is easy access to Presbyterian Hospital and Baylor Medical Center. A trained, memory care staff is on site 24-hours per day to provide Texas hospitality and care for resident’s physical and cognitive needs.

Ombudsman Program

The Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is an independent organization within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission that advocates for the rights of long-term care facility residents. A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge.
